        安若维他药业泰州有限公司于2018年1月在中国医药城注册成立，注册资本7570万美元，是印度阿拉宾度制药公司的全资子公司。主要从事药品固体制剂的生产和研发，项目占地面积约97亩，建设有质检综合楼，固体制剂生产车间，高架仓库等生产及辅助设施，总投资1亿美元，项目占地面积约97亩，总建筑面积81700 m2，拟生产剂型有片剂、硬胶囊剂，年生产能力片剂100亿片，胶囊55亿粒.

        于2021年9月取得中国药品生产许可证，并于2023年6月通过欧盟GMP认证，计划2024年初获得中国药品注册许可，并通过美国FDA认证，正式销往欧美和国内市场。预计前期年销售收入突破20亿元，实现税收2.2亿元。

        安若维他药业泰州有限公司项目总投资1亿美元。根据印度总部产品转移计划，一共转移100个品种。第一阶段转移35个品种，到目前为止完成转移27个品种。

 Validation

At least 3-year-experience about Validation management in solid preparation workshop

CET-4 or above,smoothly read and write English documents and reports

QA IPQA

At least 2-years-working experience of quality management in pharmaceutical factory (solid preparation IPQA experience is preferred).

Familiar with solid preparation process and key process control points, etc.

 Instrument

Three-year-experience about QC instrument in pharmaceutical company.

At least two- year-experience in HPLC and GC operation

Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmacy/Chemistry

Good communication skills（Listening, speaking, reading and writing）

Wet Lab

Two-year-experience about QC physical and chemical in pharmaceutical company.

Familiar with physical and chemical related testing items and various testing instruments

Bachelor degree or above, major in Pharmacy/Chemistry

Technical Transfer

Two-year-experience formulation or manufacturing research

Familiar with OSD manufacturing procedure, technical operation skills, manufacturing equipment of different dosages

Be able to operate dosage research related equipment,  such as FBD, wet granulation machine, dry granulation machine, compression machine and dissolution analyzer etc.

College degree or above, major in pharmacy

Good communication skills（Listening, speaking, reading and writing）

Process Engineer

Familiar with OSD manufacturing process and its critical control points, and process monitoring during manufacturing.

With strong ability to compile management documents, operation procedures, validation documents and other documents.

Bachelor degree or above.Good communication skills（Listening, speaking, reading and writing）

Packing

Two-year-experience in Packing

Proficient in operating blister and bottle packaging lines, and related equipment, able to solve common equipment problems

College degree or above, major in pharmacy/ electromechanical

Compression

Tow-year-experience in compression

Proficient in operating Fette compression machine and able to solve common equipment problems

College degree or above, major in pharmacy/ electromechanical

 Coating 

Two-year-experience in Coating

Proficient in operating coating machines and other related equipment, able to solve common equipment problems

College degree or above, major in pharmacy/ electromechanical

 Blending

Two-year-experience in blending and granulation

Proficient in operating dry granulation machine、wet granulation machine、FBD、blenderr and other equipment and can solve equipment related common issues.

College degree or above, major in pharmacy/ electromechanical

Electrical

Be familiar with electrical secondary circuit, have high and low voltage electrician certificate, and be familiar with relevant specifications for water and electricity installation

Familiar with GMP requirements,One-year-working experience about electrical maintenance work in pharmaceutical companies

12

 Cleaner

Working experience in cleaning areas is preferred

Secondary school, technical school, high school degree or above. Work experience as a hygienist in cleaning area is preferred
