安若维他药业泰州有限公司注册资本3500万美元，由印度阿拉宾度制药有限公司投资建设。

阿拉宾度制药有限公司是印度三大制药公司之一，是世界排名第一的原料药制药公司，拥有现代化的生产及科研机构，在美国《制药经理人》杂志公布的2022年全球制药企业榜单中排名46位。

阿拉宾度大多数的工厂和产品都通过了美国FDA和欧盟GMP认证。目前拥有438项专利，其中原料药专利273项，制剂专利165项。

2018年1月份，安若维他药业泰州有限公司在中国医药城成立，主要从事药品固体制剂的生产和研发，项目占地面积约97亩，建设有质检研发综合楼、固体制剂生产车间、高架仓库等生产及辅助设施，总建筑面积67828.23㎡，项目总投资超过1亿美元，年产值可达片剂60亿片，胶囊20亿粒。

目前安若维他药业泰州有限公司已经通过了中国GMP现场核查，正积极地进行集团在美国市场的100多制剂产品的陆续转移，同时积极准备迎接欧盟GMP的认证检查。
